Immerse yourself during a weekend in the technique of digital marquetry. The piece created will interpret the circle pattern, Farouche’s signature. Your composition work will make each piece unique.

– Number of trainees: 6 maximum
– Limited size and number of species / imposed motif – Farouche circle Ø 25 cm max.
– The training takes place over two days, Saturday from 9am to 6pm and Sunday from 9am to 1pm.

• Learn all the steps of the making of a marquetry
• Discover the use of the laser cutting tool in the marquetry technique.
• Compose and assemble your pattern
• Glue your circle on a support, then sand and wax.

A “WEEK ON A WORK”

A 5-day initiatory course more advanced than the “discovery” weekend on a Farouche signature circle composition in BIG FORMAT.

– Number of trainees: 4 maximum
– Format and number of essences unlimited on the model of the Farouche signature circle
– The course takes place over 5 days, from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm
– Price of the course: 1450 euros including VAT (material included).

– Level : All public

• Recognize, choose and prepare your veneer species
• Understand all the steps of the realization of a marquetry
• Use the laser cutting tool on veneer
• Compose and assemble a large format marquetry
• Glue your decoration on a support
• Scratch, sand, apply a finish of your choice on your marquetry with the possibility of laser engraving a signature.

A “CUSTOM WEEK.”

Work 5 days at the workshop on a project designed by you.

After a few exchanges before the workshop, we will agree together on a format and a marquetry project that can be realized in 5 days of coaching at the workshop.

– The training takes place over 5 days, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm

– Level : Autocad and/or Illustrator mastered.

• Scrape, sand, apply a finish of your choice on your marquetry with the possibility to laser engrave a signature
